Is this an online store?
Not exactly — think of it as your own Facebook-Marketplace-style shop page, but smarter. Do I need a second number for the WhatsApp bot?
No — you can use the number you already have, as long as you are on the WhatsApp Business app. Your number stays on your phone, you keep answering exactly as you do now, and your AI works alongside you — going quiet with a customer the moment you reply yourself. You also tell us which numbers to ignore, so family and friends are never touched and their chats never appear in Llorut. If you would rather keep the bot completely separate, a cheap spare SIM still works — a number used that way can no longer be used in the ordinary WhatsApp app. Either way, “Talk to a person” brings the conversation to you inside Llorut, where several staff can answer.
Does the WhatsApp bot cost extra per message?
